Axis Bank board to meet for Q2 and half-year results

Axis Bank Limited has announced that its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. These results will undergo a limited review by the joint statutory auditors.

In accordance with the Securities Dealing Code of the Bank, the trading window for equity shares and securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure commenced on October 1, 2025, and will remain in effect until October 17, 2025.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 29 and 50 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The letter, dated October 3, 2025, was addressed to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
