Algoquant Fintech completes NCDEX equity share acquisition

Algoquant Fintech Limited has completed the acquisition of 253,370 equity shares in the National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX), constituting 0.28% of NCDEX's post-issue capital. This follows an earlier disclosure on August 20, 2025, regarding the approval for an investment of Rs. 5,00,00,036.

The company confirmed that NCDEX and Algoquant Fintech have fulfilled all requisite conditions stipulated in their share subscription and shareholder's agreement. The transfer of funds was completed on October 3, 2025.

This acquisition solidifies Algoquant Fintech's investment in the commodity and derivatives exchange sector. The information was formally communicated to BSE Limited under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
