RITES secures major maintenance contract from Damodar Valley

RITES Limited, a Schedule 'A' Enterprise of the Government of India, announced on October 2, 2025, that it has secured a major work order from Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC). The contract is for the "AMC of Railway Sidings tracks, O&M of S&T and operation of 25KV OHE isolators and associated Systems at DVC Mejia Thermal Power Station."

The domestic contract is valued at Rs. 36,22,69,344 (excluding GST) and is to be executed over a period of 730 days from the commencement of work. RITES confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
