NRB Bearings plans investor meetings in October 2025

NRB Bearings Limited will hold non-deal roadshows on October 7 and 8, 2025, with company officials meeting investors in Chennai and Mumbai, respectively. Both events will involve in-person, one-to-one interactions, focusing on discussions based on publicly available information. The company has clarified that no unpublished price sensitive information will be shared during these meetings.

The investor meetings are being conducted in accordance with Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The dates are subject to change due to company or analyst/investor exigencies.
