Newtime Infrastructure reappoints directors, names secretarial auditor

Newtime Infrastructure Limited announced that its 41st Annual General Meeting, held on September 30, 2025, resulted in the approval of director reappointments and the appointment of a new secretarial auditor. Ms. Sehar Shamin was reappointed as a director, having offered herself for re-appointment after retiring by rotation.
