Murae Organisor AGM adjourned due to lack of quorum, rescheduled

Murae Organisor Limited announced the adjournment of its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally slated for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. The meeting, intended to be conducted via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, could not proceed due to a lack of quorum. This was announced pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013, the AGM has been rescheduled. It will now take place on the same day in the following week, specifically Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., also through video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The company confirmed that the notice for the adjourned AGM remains consistent with that of the original meeting.
