Lucent Industries rebrands to Mobavenue AI Tech, reflecting strategic shift

Lucent Industries Limited has announced its change of name to Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, effective October 1, 2025. The Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, approved the name change following an application by the company. This rebranding signals a shift in the company's corporate identity.

The company, formerly known as Sylph Education Solutions Limited, will now operate under its new name. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation, issued pursuant to the name change, is accessible on the company's website. Ishank Joshi, managing director and chief executive officer, confirmed the development.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and was addressed to the chief general manager of Listing Operations at BSE Limited.
