Lemon Tree Hotels opens new property in Tirupati, expanding Andhra Pradesh footprint

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited launched its newest hotel, Lemon Tree Premier, Tirupati, on October 2, 2025. This managed hotel, the company's sixth property in Andhra Pradesh, features 111 rooms and suites. The opening will occur in two phases; the first phase, commenced today, includes 54 rooms and suites along with Citrus Café.

The second phase will see the opening of the remaining 57 rooms, Slounge, the Pool Bar & Grill, banquet spaces, a spa, a fitness center, and the swimming pool. The property is managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. Tirupati is a significant pilgrimage center, attracting millions of devotees annually.

This expansion contributes to Lemon Tree Hotels' growing portfolio, which currently includes over 120 hotels across more than 75 cities in India and internationally. The company focuses on a diverse range of hospitality segments, from value-conscious to premium business and leisure travelers.
