H.G. Infra subsidiary achieves provisional completion for Andhra Pradesh highway project

H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (HGINFRA) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam AP-1 Private Limited, has received the provisional certificate of completion (PCC-1) for its six-lane highway project. The project is located in the state of Andhra Pradesh, spanning from Aluru - Jakkuva Section of NH-130 CD Road under the Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economics Corridor as part of the Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity Mode.

The project had a bid cost of INR 1060.11 Cr. and was appointed on March 31, 2022, with a scheduled completion date of March 29, 2024. The provisional completion certificate was issued by the Independent Engineer on October 1, 2025.

The project has been declared fit for entry into commercial operation on May 23, 2025. This announcement aligns with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
