Crompton Greaves secures solar pumping system order in Madhya Pradesh

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has secured a Letter of Award from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited for a significant solar photovoltaic water pumping system project. The order involves the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning of Off-Grid DC & AC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS) under Component-B of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha Evam Utthaan Mahabhiyaan (PM KUSUM-B).

This domestic contract, part of Madhya Pradesh's PM Krishak Mitra Surya Yojana, has a total work order value of approximately INR 4.75 Crores, excluding GST. The company is expected to complete the work within 120 days from the date of the work order issuance.

The company confirmed that the order does not involve any related party transactions and is not subject to any promoter, promoter group, or group company interest. This disclosure aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
