Banganga Paper Industries holds 41st annual general meeting

Banganga Paper Industries Limited (formerly Inertia Steel Limited) held its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. The meeting took place at the company's registered office in Nashik, Maharashtra, commencing at 9:00 a.m. IST and concluding at 12:45 p.m. IST.

The company facilitated remote e-voting for shareholders on resolutions outlined in the AGM Notice, in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015. The e-voting window was open from Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. IST, until Monday, September 29, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. IST. A facility for in-venue voting was also provided for shareholders who did not utilize the remote e-voting option.

Following the AGM, Banganga Paper Industries Limited will submit the voting results, along with the Scrutinizer's Report, to BSE Limited within two working days.
