Accelya Solutions India recommends Walker Chandiok & Co as new auditor

Accelya Solutions India Limited's board of directors has recommended the appointment of Walker Chandiok & Co LLP (WCC) as the company's new statutory auditors. This recommendation, made on October 2, 2025, follows a special notice from the promoter shareholder, Accelya Holding World S.L.U., and the audit committee. WCC will replace Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP.

The proposed appointment is for a five-year term, commencing from the conclusion of the upcoming 39th annual general meeting, scheduled for November 6, 2025. This term will extend until the conclusion of the 44th annual general meeting. Deloitte will issue a limited review report for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, prior to the expiry of their term.

WCC, established in 1935, is a limited liability partnership incorporated in India, with its registered office in New Delhi and 15 other branch offices. The firm is known for providing audit and assurance services and is among India's largest and most reputed audit firms, serving several large companies.
