Accelya Solutions India appoints new internal and statutory auditors

Accelya Solutions India Limited has announced the appointment of KNAV & Co. LLP as its internal auditors for the financial year 2025-26. This appointment, effective October 2, 2025, follows the expiry of the previous internal auditors' term on June 30, 2025. KNAV & Co. LLP is a registered accounting firm with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

In a separate but related development, the company's board of directors has also recommended the appointment of Walker Chandiok & Co LLP ("WCC") as the statutory auditors. This recommendation, replacing Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, will be presented to shareholders for approval at the 39th annual general meeting on November 6, 2025. WCC’s term, if approved, will span five consecutive years until the conclusion of the 44th annual general meeting.

Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP will issue their limited review report for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, before their term expires. Both announcements were made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123, dated July 13, 2023.
