Zeal Aqua re-elects chairman and managing director at 17th AGM

Zeal Aqua Limited conducted its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2025, via video conferencing. The meeting saw the re-election of Pradipkumar Ratilal Navik as chairman and managing director. Key items approved included the adoption of the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the re-appointment of Rohan Pradipkumar Navik as whole-time director.

The company also approved the appointment of M/s D C Jariwala & Co. as statutory auditors for a five-year term and their re-appointment to fill a casual vacancy. Shareholders approved the revised remuneration for Dhavalkumar Shantilal Patel as whole-time director, alongside material related party transactions, and an increase in overall borrowing limits.

Additionally, approval was sought for the creation of a mortgage or charge on the company's assets. The e-voting facility was open from September 27 to September 29, 2025.
