Wardwizard promoter sees 3m pledged shares released

Yatin Sanjay Gupte, a promoter of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, announced the revocation and release of 3,000,000 equity shares previously pledged to Luharuka Media and Infra Ltd. This transaction, representing 1.15% of the company's total voting capital, occurred on September 25, 2025. The release follows the repayment of financial obligations and the closure of a credit facility agreement.

Prior to this release, Gupte had 41,121,729 pledged shares, equating to 15.77% of the total voting capital. After the transaction, the number of encumbered shares decreased to 38,121,729, now representing 14.62% of the voting capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains at INR 26,06,93,900, divided into 260,693,900 equity shares of INR 1 each.
