Tata Chemicals announces leadership transition for company secretary role

Tata Chemicals Limited has announced a leadership transition in its secretarial and compliance functions, with Mr. Rajiv Chandan, chief general counsel & company secretary, set to superannuate on November 30, 2025. This information was disclosed in a stock market announcement dated October 1, 2025.

Following Mr. Chandan's departure, Mr. Jeraz E. Mahernosh has been appointed as the company secretary designate, effective October 31, 2025. Mr. Mahernosh will assume the full responsibilities of company secretary & compliance officer from December 1, 2025. He will also become a key managerial personnel and part of the senior management personnel from the same date.

Mr. Mahernosh brings 19 years of experience within the Tata Power company secretarial team, most recently serving as company secretary & compliance officer of Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited. He is a commerce and law graduate from Mumbai University and a fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, having qualified in 2007.
