Syncom Formulations appoints new chairman and whole time director

Syncom Formulations (India) Limited has announced the appointment of Ankit Kedarmal Bankda as a director, and further designated him as the chairman and whole time director of the company. This appointment was approved by members at the 37th annual general meeting held on Monday, September 29, 2025, with an effective date of August 09, 2025.

Ankit Kedarmal Bankda is a post-graduate in commerce and a member of the promoter group. He brings over 12 years of comprehensive experience across various domains, including manufacturing, finance, and administrative functions, and has actively overseen financial operations as cfo at Indore and plant at Pithampur. He is the son of Kedarmal Shankarlal Bankda, the former chairman and whole time director of the company.

The company confirmed that the director being appointed is not debarred from holding office by virtue of any SEBI order or other authority. The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
