Sobha announces senior management resignation of regional head

Sobha Limited announced the resignation of Ms. Tina Talwar, regional head Gurgaon, a senior management personnel (SMP), effective from the close of business hours on September 30, 2025. Ms. Talwar's departure is due to her decision to pursue better career opportunities.

The intimation was made on October 1, 2025, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.

The company has informed both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about this change in senior management.
