SKF India scheme of arrangement becomes effective

SKF India Limited announced its scheme of arrangement with SKF India (Industrial) Limited, previously sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, became effective.

The arrangement became effective on October 1, 2025, upon the filing of certified copies of the order with the Registrar of Companies, Pune, via Form INC-28. This follows an intimation dated September 30, 2025, regarding the receipt of the certified order.

The "Appointed Date" for the scheme is defined as the opening of business hours on October 1, 2025, which also serves as the "Effective Date." The company will separately communicate the record date to determine shareholder entitlements under the scheme.
