Senco Gold promoters raise stake to 64.39% via open market purchase

Senco Gold Limited announced on October 1, 2025, that its promoter and promoter group, led by Suvankar Sen, acquired 37,900 equity shares. This represents 0.02% of the company’s paid-up equity share capital.

The acquisition, executed through the open market on September 29, 2025, increased the total promoter and promoter group shareholding from 64.37% to 64.39%.

Multiple entities within the promoter group were involved. Jai Hanuman Shri Siddhivinayak Trust acquired 29,200 shares, bringing its total to 41.43%. Mr. Suvankar Sen added 2,900 shares, increasing his holding to 14.55%, while Mrs. Joita Sen acquired 1,450 shares, now holding 0.87%. Om Gaan Ganpataye Bajrangbali Trust purchased 4,350 shares, raising its total to 6.52%.

The total equity share capital of Senco Gold Limited before and after the acquisition remains Rs. 81,85,91,660/-, consisting of 16,37,18,332 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeover) Regulations, 2011.
