Sar Auto Products appoints Gulabbhai Patil as independent director

Sar Auto Products Limited has announced the appointment of Gulabbhai Kapurchandrabhai Patil as an independent director. The appointment was approved by the company's members at their 38th annual general meeting held on September 30, 2025, and declared on October 1, 2025. Patil will hold office for a five-year term, from March 25, 2025, to March 24, 2030.

Patil previously served as an additional independent director, with his designation now changed to independent director. He has pursued primary and secondary education from Maharashtra and possesses experience in production, technical knowledge, and related activities. The company affirmed that Patil meets all criteria for the appointment and is not debarred or disqualified from holding the office of director.
