Sakuma Exports appoints new auditors, reappoints independent director

Sakuma Exports Limited has announced significant changes to its professional and directorial team, effective October 1, 2025. M/s Ramesh M Sheth & Associates, chartered accountants, have been appointed as statutory auditors for a five-year term, covering fiscal years 2025-26 through 2029-30. Additionally, M/s Rajeev Bhambri & Associates, practicing company secretaries, will serve as secretarial auditor for five years, also commencing from fiscal year 2025-26.

In terms of directorship, Amit Shanker Amist has been reappointed as a non-executive and independent director for a second five-year term, effective February 13, 2026. The new statutory auditors, M/s Ramesh M Sheth & Associates, offer expertise in statutory audit, tax audit, finance, and internal audit.

M/s Rajeev Bhambri & Associates brings 35 years of corporate and securities law experience through Rajeev Bhambri, who is also an experienced insolvency professional. Their areas of operation include secretarial audit, public issues, corporate finance, and insolvency professional services.
