RMC Switchgears secures over INR 100 crore in Rajasthan distribution infrastructure orders

RMC Switchgears Limited announced on October 1, 2025, that it has received two Letters of Awards (LOAs) totaling INR 1,00,19,10,791. These orders are expected to contribute positively to the company's revenue and growth.

The first LOA, valued at INR 66,39,41,958, is for the supply and erection of items for distribution infrastructure development at Jhalawar Circle of Jaipur Discom, Rajasthan, under the RDSS on a turnkey basis. The second LOA, amounting to INR 33,79,68,833, is for work order for supply and development of distribution infrastructure for loss reduction works at Kota Circle, Rajasthan, under the Revamped Reforms-Based and Results-Linked, Distribution Sector Scheme.

Both domestic projects require work to commence within seven days from the LOA award date and be completed per the program schedule provided by the respective project manager/engineer-in-charge/site engineer. The awarding entity for both contracts is Suncity Urja Private Limited. RMC Switchgears confirmed that these transactions are not related-party transactions and that neither promoters nor promoter group companies have an interest in the awarding entity.
