Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers announces senior management changes

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited (RCF) has announced changes in its senior management, as per Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. These changes, communicated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, are effective from October 1, 2025.

Shri Rajiv Pande, the executive director (HSE corporate), will be superannuating. Concurrently, Shri Anil Usha Ramdas Deo, the general manager (acids), will also be superannuating on the same effective date.

The company notified these personnel changes to the corporate relations department of BSE Limited in Mumbai -400001, and the listing department of National Stock Exchange of India Limited in Mumbai- 400 051. The communication was signed by J. B. Sharma, executive director, legal & company secretary.
