OK Play India concludes 36th AGM, reappoints managing director

OK Play India Limited convened its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2025, via video conferencing, which concluded at 1:22 p.m. Rajan Handa, managing director, chaired the proceedings. Shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The company also confirmed the reappointment of Rajan Handa as managing director and Rishab Handa as whole-time director, with remuneration details outlined for both.

The AGM ratified the remuneration of the cost auditor, M/s Goyal, Goyal & Associates, at INR 90,000 per annum for the financial year 2025-26. Additionally, Puneet Kumar Pandey was appointed as the secretarial auditor for a five-year term (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30), and Bhavika Sharma was appointed as an independent director for five consecutive years starting October 1, 2025.

Rishab Handa's reappointment as whole-time director includes a basic salary of INR 400,000 per month, with allowances and perquisites restricted to an equal amount. Rajan Handa's reappointment as managing director includes a basic salary of INR 700,000 per month, with allowances and perquisites similarly restricted to INR 700,000 per month, both effective from March 2026. All resolutions were passed with the requisite majority.
