LTIMindtree board to meet on Q2 results, consider interim dividend

LTIMindtree Limited's board of directors will meet on Thursday, October 16, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The meeting will also include a review of the statutory auditor’s report.

A key agenda item for the board is the consideration of a proposal to declare an interim dividend on equity shares of face value Re. 1 each. If an interim dividend is declared, the record date for its payment will be Friday, October 24, 2025. An earnings conference call is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. (IST) on the same day as the board meeting.

In line with regulatory requirements, the trading window for LTIMindtree securities has been closed from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until Saturday, October 18, 2025, inclusive, to prevent insider trading.
