L&T Finance announces general counsel Santosh Parab to retire

L&T Finance Limited (formerly known as L&T Finance Holdings Limited) announced that Santosh Parab, general counsel, will superannuate from the company with effect from October 1, 2025. This change falls under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The announcement was made to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. Apurva Rathod, company secretary and compliance officer, signed the intimation on October 1, 2025.
