IRIS Business Services wins landmark Qatar tax authority SupTech contract

IRIS Business Services Limited announced on October 1, 2025, that it has secured a contract from the General Tax Authority, State of Qatar. This international contract involves the implementation, installation, operation, maintenance, and technical support for financial reports in XBRL format. The agreement, expected to be executed over a period of six years, is considered a strategically significant win as it represents IRIS’s first SupTech project with a tax authority.

The contract further solidifies IRIS's position as a global provider of SupTech and RegTech solutions, expanding its presence in the Middle East. As a pre-condition for the formal contract execution, IRIS Business Services is required to submit a performance bank guarantee and other statutory documents. The specific contract value remains confidential and will not be publicly disclosed.

The company has clarified that the arrangement falls within the normal course of business and is not considered a related party transaction. This disclosure was made in accordance with SEBI circular.
