Hindustan Cotton increases stake in Sarla Performance Fibers

Hindustan Cotton Company, through its partner Sarladevi Madhusudan Jhunjhunwala, has acquired an additional 4,000 equity shares in Sarla Performance Fibers Limited. This acquisition, completed on September 29, 2025, via the open market, represents 0.0048% of the company's total voting capital.

Prior to this transaction, Hindustan Cotton Company and its concert parties held 47,535,166 shares, equating to a 56.9263% stake in Sarla Performance Fibers Limited. Following the acquisition, their total holding increased to 47,539,166 shares, raising their ownership to 56.9311% of the total diluted share/voting capital.
