Goodluck India forms alliance for AMCA manufacturing

Goodluck India Ltd, in alliance with BrahMos Aerospace Thiruvananthapuram Ltd (BATL) and Axiscades Technologies Ltd, has signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding (MoU) to bid for the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO)'s Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) program. This alliance, formalized on September 30, 2025, aims to respond to the expression of interest (EoI) issued by DRDO's Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) for AMCA manufacturing and supply.

This strategic partnership aligns with India's Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative, combining expertise in engineering, systems integration, electronics, and defence manufacturing to contribute to the nation's strategic autonomy. The AMCA program, fully designed in India by ADA, seeks to deliver a cutting-edge fifth-generation stealth aircraft.

Goodluck India, founded in 1986, is an engineering solutions provider with six manufacturing plants in Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat, boasting a total capacity of 5,00,000 MTPA. The company serves over 600 customers globally, exporting to more than 100 countries.
