Foseco India board to meet for financial results, trading window closed

Foseco India Limited's board of directors is scheduled to meet on Thursday, November 6, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending September 30, 2025.

In conjunction with the financial results announcement, Foseco India Limited has declared a trading window closure. The trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2025, until November 8, 2025, inclusive of both days. This closure applies to all specified persons as defined by the company's internal code, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The closure is enacted to prevent insider trading ahead of the unaudited financial results' consideration and approval. Mahendra Kumar Dutia, controller of accounts and company secretary, digitally signed the intimation on October 1, 2025.
