Chiripal entities reduce stake in Shanti Educational Initiatives

Brijmohan Chiripal and Chiripal Exim LLP, acting in concert, have disclosed a sale of shares in Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited between September 24 and September 29, 2025. Prior to this disposal, their combined holding represented 12.63% of the total voting capital, amounting to 203,37,000 shares.

The disposal involved 19,83,148 shares by Chiripal Exim LLP and 14,00,119 shares by Brijmohan D Chiripal. Following this transaction, their total holding decreased to 1,69,53,733 shares, representing 10.53% of the total voting capital.

The total equity share capital of Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited remains unchanged at INR 16,10,00,000, with INR 1 equity shares. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
