Cello World seeks shareholder approval for director reappointments

Cello World Limited announced a postal ballot on October 1, 2025, seeking shareholder approval for the re-appointment of four directors. Pradeep Ghisulal Rathod, chairman and managing director, Pankaj Ghisulal Rathod, joint managing director, and Gaurav Pradeep Rathod, joint managing director, are proposed for re-appointment for five-year terms commencing November 11, 2025. Gagandeep Singh Chhina is also proposed for re-appointment as a non-executive, non-independent director, effective August 11, 2025.

The e-voting period for these resolutions will run from October 2, 2025, to October 31, 2025. The cut-off date for determining eligible shareholders is September 26, 2025. Results of the postal ballot are expected to be declared on or before November 4, 2025. Shareholders will cast their votes electronically via the remote e-voting process.

The re-appointments are in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
