Cello World board greenlights postal ballot for key director reappointments

Cello World announced that its board of directors approved a circular resolution for a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval for several key reappointments. This follows an earlier intimation on August 11, 2025, regarding these reappointments.

The postal ballot will seek approval for the re-appointment of Pradeep Ghisulal Rathod as chairman and managing director, Pankaj Ghisulal Rathod as joint managing director, and Gaurav Pradeep Rathod as joint managing director, each for a period of five years commencing November 11, 2025. Additionally, shareholders will vote on the re-appointment of Gagandeep Singh Chhina as non-executive, non-independent director, effective August 11, 2025.

The e-voting period for the postal ballot will commence on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and conclude on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. (IST). The cut-off date for determining eligible shareholders is Friday, September 26, 2025. Results are expected to be declared on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
