Blue Daimond properties reduces stake in Vascon Engineers

Blue Daimond Properties Private Limited (BDPL), along with persons acting in concert, has disclosed a reduction in its shareholding in Vascon Engineers Ltd. Previously holding 1,21,35,469 shares, representing 5.36% of the voting capital, BDPL sold 16,64,786 shares.

This sale, executed in the open market between September 15, 2025, and September 29, 2025, accounted for 0.74% of Vascon Engineers' voting capital. Following this transaction, BDPL’s total holding in Vascon Engineers now stands at 1,04,70,683 shares, decreasing its overall stake to 4.63% of the company's voting capital. The equity share capital and total voting capital of Vascon Engineers remain at 22,62,87,111 shares.
