BHEL announces departure of part-time director Arti Bhatnagar

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) announced the cessation of Ms. Arti Bhatnagar, a part-time official (government nominee) director, from its Board of Directors. The change was effective on September 30, 2025.

According to a communication dated October 1, 2025, from Dr. Yogesh R Chhabra, company secretary, Ms. Bhatnagar’s departure is due to her attaining the age of superannuation. Her DIN (Director Identification Number) was 10065528. This information was shared pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The announcement was made to key stock exchanges, including BSE Limited in Mumbai and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. in Mumbai.
