Bharat Forge independent director ravi kapoor resigns

Bharat Forge Limited announced the resignation of ravi kapoor as a non-executive, independent director, effective September 30, 2025. Mr. Kapoor submitted his resignation due to other professional commitments and confirmed no other material reasons for his departure.
