Bata India board to meet October 27 for financial results

Bata India Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Monday, October 27, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited (standalone and consolidated) financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation was made in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The announcement was made by Nitin Bagaria, AVP – company secretary & compliance officer, on October 1, 2025.
