Bajaj Auto sees September sales surge, exports drive growth

Bajaj Auto Limited reported a 9% increase in total sales for September 2025 compared to the same period last year, reaching 510,504 units. This growth was primarily fueled by an 18% rise in exports, totaling 185,252 units. Domestic sales also saw a 4% uptick to 325,252 units.

Two-wheelers contributed significantly to this performance, with 430,853 units sold in September 2025, an 8% increase year-on-year. Commercial vehicles also experienced a substantial 15% growth, with 79,651 units sold. Exports of commercial vehicles surged by 67% to 27,587 units.

For the year-to-date (April-September 2025), total sales reached 2,405,357 units, a 4% increase over the previous year. Exports for the period grew by 20% to 1,029,756 units, while domestic sales saw a 6% decline to 1,375,601 units.
