Adani Green Energy boosts renewable capacity with new projects

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) announced its wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary, Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Limited, has commissioned new solar and wind power projects. A 50 MW solar power project and a 31.2 MW wind power project at Khavda, Gujarat, commenced operations on September 30, 2025, with the certificate received on October 1, 2025.

This commissioning event has notably increased AGEL's total operational renewable generation capacity to 16,679.80 MW. The decision to commission the plant was made on October 1, 2025, following the receipt of all relevant clearances.

The company requested this update be taken on record by both the BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited, fulfilling its intimation requirements under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
