Wardwizard Mobility promoter releases significant share pledge

Yatin Sanjay Gupte, a promoter of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, along with PAC Wardwizard Solutions India Private Limited, announced the release of 3,000,000 equity shares previously pledged. This transaction, executed on September 25, 2025, involved Luharuka Media and Infra Ltd. as the pledgee and represents a 1.15% stake in the company's total voting capital.

Before this release, Yatin Sanjay Gupte's encumbered shares amounted to 41,121,729, representing 15.77% of the total voting capital. Following the transaction, the number of encumbered shares decreased to 38,121,729, now accounting for 14.62% of the total voting capital. The total promoter holding, including shares with voting rights and encumbered shares, remains unchanged at 19.74% with 48,566,153 shares carrying voting rights.

The release of the pledge was executed following the repayment of all financial obligations associated with the underlying credit facility, leading to the closure of the related loan. This development is disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
