Wardwizard Innovations promoter unpledges significant shares

Yatin Sanjay Gupte, a promoter of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, has reported the revocation and release of pledges on 3,000,000 equity shares. This transaction, executed on September 25, 2025, involved Luharuka Media and Infra Ltd., the pledgee, following full repayment of financial obligations.

Prior to this revocation, Gupte held 48,566,153 shares, representing 18.63% of the total share capital, with 41,121,729 shares (15.77% of total share capital) previously encumbered. Post-revocation, the number of encumbered shares held by Gupte has decreased by 3,000,000, now totaling 38,121,729 shares, which constitutes 14.62% of the total share capital.

The disclosure was made pursuant to SEBI regulations. Other promoter group entities maintained their shareholding and pledge status.
