Vardhman Textiles announces senior management retirement

Vardhman Textiles Limited announced the retirement of Tara Chand Gupta, director (M.P. location), from the services of the company. The change in senior management is effective from the closure of business hours on September 30, 2025.

This intimation was made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Consequently, Mr. Gupta will no longer serve as a senior management personnel.
