Tech Mahindra board to review Q2, half-year financials

Tech Mahindra Limited will hold a board of directors meeting on Monday, October 13, 2025, and Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. These results are expected to be declared on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Tech Mahindra securities will be closed for all designated persons from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, to Thursday, October 16, 2025, inclusive. The trading window will reopen on Friday, October 17, 2025, which is 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
