Steel Exchange India announces trading window closure ahead of financial results

Steel Exchange India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective from October 1, 2025. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

The restriction applies to designated persons, including directors, identified employees, KMPs, promoters, promoter group members, and their immediate relatives. This measure is a standard practice to prevent insider trading prior to the release of key financial information.

The company also stated that the date of the board meeting for the declaration of these unaudited financial results will be communicated at a later date. This intimation was issued by Raveendra Babu M, company secretary & compliance officer.
