SML Isuzu board to meet October 18 for Q2, half-year financials

SML Isuzu Limited's board of directors is scheduled to meet on October 18, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025 (FY 2025-26). This meeting complies with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In conjunction with the board meeting, the company will implement a trading window closure for designated persons. The trading window will be closed from October 1, 2025, to October 21, 2025, inclusive of both days. During this period, all designated persons, including their immediate relatives, are prohibited from dealing in the equity shares of SML Isuzu Limited, as per the company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons."
