PNB Housing Finance: Director's term ends, RSU grants made to employees

PNB Housing Finance Limited announced that Sudarshan Sen's tenure as an independent director concluded on September 30, 2025. The company expressed appreciation for his service and contributions during his time as a board member.

In separate filings on the same date, PNB Housing Finance also reported the grant of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to eligible employees. Under the PNB Housing Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2020, a total of 175,000 RSUs, each with a face value of INR 10/-, were granted. These RSUs will vest in three tranches over three years, with 10% after year one, 40% after year two, and 50% after year three.

Additionally, under the PNB Housing Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2022, 202,000 RSUs of INR 10/- face value were granted to eligible employees with varying vesting schedules. These RSUs are subject to performance conditions and were approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
