The court's order, dated September 29, 2025, directs the company to pay $1,370,000 to a customer, along with an additional QAR 200,000 as compensation for damages and court costs.

The judgment stems from alleged deficiencies and delays in project delivery, making Newgen Software liable for these payments. The company is currently evaluating various legal remedies, including the possibility of filing a review petition or an appeal to the appropriate Court, to defend its position.

While the financial implications are significant, Newgen Software Technologies stated that, apart from these monetary obligations, there is no material impact on the company's business or operations.
