Newgen secures Caribbean and UK deals

Newgen Software Technologies Limited announced two new contracts on September 30, 2025. Its US-incorporated subsidiary, Newgen Software Inc. (NSI), secured a Master Service Agreement with a leading Caribbean bank to supply, install, and implement the Newgen Enterprise Content Management System Platform. This international order is valued at $1,637,400 and is expected to be executed within two years.

Separately, Newgen Software Technologies (UK) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary in the UK, executed an agreement with Wipro Financial Outsourcing Services Limited for software licenses, implementation, and maintenance services. This contract, valued at £2,985,484, focuses on providing a Modernized Enterprise Content Management and Customer Communication Management platform over ten years.
