Muthoot Finance announced that Jose Mathew, an independent director, has ceased to be an independent director of the company effective September 30, 2025. This cessation follows the completion of his second consecutive five-year term, which began on September 30, 2020. His re-appointment for this term was approved at the company's 23rd annual general meeting held on September 30, 2020.
